No Refund Policy for ClickDVC

At ClickDVC, we strive to provide our customers with the best vacation deals, packages, and vacation club memberships. Once a purchase is made, we begin processing and delivering your digital services immediately to ensure that you can begin enjoying the benefits of your membership without delay. Therefore, all purchases made on our Website are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Products and Services All products and services offered through ClickDVC, including but not limited to digital vacation club memberships, vacation deals, and travel packages, are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. Once your membership is activated, and services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

No Cancellations or Refunds Once payment is completed, and the digital membership or services are provided, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. This includes:

Digital memberships.

Vacation deals or packages that have been accessed or redeemed.

Any other digital products or services provided through the Website.

Exceptions In the rare case of technical issues where our service has failed to deliver, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately at noreply@clickdvc.com. We will work to resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly, but refunds will not be provided.

Disputes and Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership and all associated access to our services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

No refunds for services not meeting personal expectations.

Service delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds are not issued for services unavailable due to personal circumstances.

No refunds for mistaken identity purchases.

Refunds are not provided for discontinued features.

No refunds for misunderstanding service descriptions.

Policy violations void eligibility for refunds.

1. De goederen zijn in de afgelopen 7 dagen gekocht.

De volgende goederen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd:

1. De levering van goederen volgens uw specificaties of duidelijk gepersonaliseerd.

2. De levering van Goederen die naar hun aard niet geschikt zijn om te worden teruggezonden, snel bederven of waarvan de houdbaarheidsdatum is verstreken.

3. De levering van goederen die vanwege gezondheidsbeschermings- of hygiënische redenen niet geschikt zijn om te worden geretourneerd en waarvan de verzegeling na levering is verbroken.

4. De levering van goederen die na levering naar hun aard onlosmakelijk met andere zaken zijn vermengd.

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om naar eigen goeddunken artikelen te weigeren die niet aan de bovenstaande retourvoorwaarden voldoen.

Alleen normaal geprijsde goederen kunnen worden terugbetaald.

Goederen retourneren

U bent verantwoordelijk voor de kosten en het risico van het retourneren van de goederen naar ons.
